Welcome to ElRoi Academy! By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

ElRoi Academy provides professional tutoring services and digital educational resources. By booking a session or purchasing a product, you agree that these services are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee specific academic results or grades.

2. Communication & Consent

By providing your email address and phone number via our contact forms, you grant us permission to contact you regarding:

  • Session bookings and reminders.

  • Responses to your inquiries.

  • Occasional marketing updates (which you may opt-out of at any time).

3. Payment & Fees

  • All payments must be made in full prior to the start of a session or at the time of digital product purchase.

  • We reserve the right to change our rates at any time. Any changes will not affect sessions already paid for.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Our policy is designed to ensure fairness to both the student and the tutor:

  • Trial Sessions: One-time rescheduling is permitted with 24 hours' notice.

  • Regular Sessions: We operate a No-Refund and No-Reschedule policy.

  • The Credit Exception: Students are allowed one (1) lesson credit every two months for a cancelled session, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given.

  • Digital Products: Refunds are available within 5 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied. After 5 days, all sales are final.

5. Student Conduct

We maintain a respectful learning environment. We reserve the right to terminate a session or refuse service without a refund if a student or parent displays behavior that is abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive to the learning process.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during tutoring sessions or purchased as digital products (guides, worksheets, videos) are the intellectual property of ElRoi Academy. These are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

ElRoi Academy and its tutors are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our website or services. We provide tutoring to the best of our ability, but the ultimate responsibility for academic performance rests with the student.

8. Use of Wix Platform

Our website is built on Wix. While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not responsible for any service interruptions caused by Wix’s platform or for any technical issues on the user’s end.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our startup. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
