Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Trial Sessions

We offer an initial trial session to ensure our tutoring style is a great fit for the student.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule a trial session once, provided you give at least 24 hours notice.

• Refunds: If you cancel your trial booking with at least 24 hours notice, a full refund will be issued.

2. Regular Tutoring Sessions (Post-Trial)

Once the trial period is over, we operate a No-Refund Policy for all scheduled sessions. To maintain a consistent schedule for our tutors, the following rules apply:

• No Rescheduling: Sessions cannot be moved to a different day or time once booked.

• Credit Exception: We understand that emergencies happen. You are permitted to cancel a session and receive a credit for a future lesson one (1) time every two months.

• Notice Required: To claim your bi-monthly credit, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or "no-shows" forfeit the session fee entirely with no credit issued.

• Tutor Cancellations: If your tutor is unable to attend, you will receive a full refund or a guaranteed makeup session (this does not count toward your bi-monthly credit limit).

3. Digital Products

We want you to be happy with our learning resources.

• 5-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with a digital product (e.g., study guides, worksheets), you may request a full refund within 5 days of purchase.

• How to Request: Email  ndixon@elroiacademy.co.uk within the 5-day window. After 5 days, all digital sales are final.

4. Technical Requirements

For online sessions, it is the student's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection. Refunds or credits will not be issued for technical issues on the student's end. If the tutor experiences technical difficulties, a makeup session will be provided.
